FTC SG Tournament 2010
The Filipino Tennis Club(Singapore) will be holding a 2 day tournament on 28 - 29 May 2010. The events to be contested are Men's Doubles, Ladies Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The tournament is sponsored by Gemalto Pte. Ltd. For registration and event details please visit the FTC website.

The Filipino Tennis Club Singapore is the 2010 STA ICSL Men's C Champions with a 2-1 win over Burghley Tennis Club. Congratulations FTC and thank you to all the players and supporters for your time and efforts.

FTC in Semifinals of ICSL Men's C
FTC will be playing in the semifinals of the ICSL Men's C category.
The semifinals will be played at Kallang Tennis Centre on 17th April
from 3:30PM. The opponent will be announced next week.

Upcoming FTC activities
Excerpts from minutes of meeting held on 19th March 2010 (from the FTC website).
1. FTC’s First Official F3 activities will kick-off on 1st May, 2010 coupled with friendly tennis matches and a buffet dinner.
2. The very first major tournament of 2010 will be held on 28-29 May 2010 which Gemalto Pte. Ltd…the world leader in digital security will be the major sponsor.
3. The second major tournament will be held sometime in October or November 2010, exact dates will be confirmed later.
4. FTC friends will continue to participate in various friendly games and official invitational matches with other tennis groups.
5. Our regular every Saturday friendly tennis games will be on-going and the officers are planning to add some twist of fun and motivations during the games. Tennis balls will be sponsored by Pres. Ramon which one box of Wilson US Open Balls has already being utilized.
6. Pres. Ramon has 8 slightly used tennis racquets which can be loan for free to any FTC bonafide members who need them.
7. As our way of rendering our club’s contribution to the community, we will be sending our representatives to participate in several social, environmental, charity and other community events in Singapore.
